Turning Care Into Action
Momentum for Good is a community-driven initiative focused on supporting youth aging out of the foster care system and seniors in our community through volunteerism, donated goods, and meaningful connection. We help individuals transitioning into independence by providing essential household items needed to set up a safe and comfortable home, while also creating opportunities for seniors to stay connected, active, and engaged through weekly gatherings and activities.
We are currently accepting donations of cleaning supplies, hygiene products, small household essentials, towels, pots and pans, kitchen items, trash cans, home décor, and furniture in good condition (no mattresses, please). We also welcome low-cost or donated vehicles to help support transportation needs.
Momentum for Good is always looking for volunteers interested in making a difference — whether assisting with senior activities, leading arts and crafts, wellness or fitness activities, cooking classes, or simply building meaningful community connections. Through collective support and community partnerships, we work to create stability, dignity, and belonging for those who need it most.
